I am receiving the following message when trying to register, "The Email and Other Email can not be the same. You may leave Other Email blank"

This message occurs when the browser's "auto-fill" feature fills the "Other Email" field after the user completes the "Primary Email" field.  The "Primary Email" and tab through the other fields without entering anything, but their browser has silently filled in the "Other Email" field for them.

This occurs then there is a password manager installed that does this, and or a built-in browser feature that does the auto-complete.

Check to make sure your "Other Email" has not been auto-filled in, hit Submit, and you registration should successfully be submitted
